The fiery crash occurred when the 29-year-old man collided with a car from the opposite lane that was attempting to make a left turn.

Authorities indicted a woman from Springfield on Nov. 21 for her alleged role in an accident that took place on Illinois Route 125 on Oct. 26, a wreck that proved fatal for both her passenger and another driver. Bail for the 27-year-old woman was set for $1 million.
